LAUREN CONNER - 2011 LEXUS ES 350

I purchased my very first luxury car from Covington Car Company. I never thought I would be able to afford a Lexus. Brad got me a low finance rate despite my not so perfect credit history and more for my trade in even! The other dealer could not touch the deal I got here and for a much nicer lower mileage vehicle. I will keep this vehicle forever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to be treated right.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his staff. They returned emails and answered questions after hours and were so wonderful to work with. We drove down from Ohio to buy our 94 Mustang GT convertible and it was by far the easiest purchase I have ever made. We were in and out in under an hour (it would have been shorter but we were looking at all of the other impressive inventory.) We normally HATE going to car sales yards because of arrogant pushy salesman who only care about getting a sale. Brad and Jeff are the complete opposite. DANIEL BIRL - 2017 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG43 CONVERTIBLE

I live out of state and felt it was time to reward myself with something very nice regarding a car. I focus my attention on purchasing a 2017-18 Mercedes C300 convertible. After searching and being disappointed by several snake oil type sale's persons who wanted way too much for a car with way too many miles. I stumbled across the car of my dreams which is a Red 2017 Mercedes AMG convertible with only 2200 miles at a very reasonable price. I was thinking this can't true(like the old saying goes too good to be true it usually is) I contacted Covington Car Company and spoke with Jeff a very kind gentlemen who explained the vehicle is still available? He was very patience in explaining how Covington Car Company obtained the vehicle and sent me the carfax for the Mercedes. Jeff went as far as taking a detailed video of the exterior and interior of the car which I became convince this is real and true and to make this deal now in which I've done. Jeff is there every step of the way including assisting in the transport of the car to Nevada. I dealt with a lot of "get all you can from the customer" type sale's person. Jeff is a true professional who's mindset is gear to having repeat customers and giving excellent customer's service . Buying a car is challenging and buying a car out of state is beyond Challenging but rest assure Jeff will be there for you to kick the tires and whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with your big purchase. I received my dream car on 03/25/22 thanks again for everything.

Great experience with Brad. He was truthful and knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsale us on anything. Told us to take lunch and think about the purchase. We did and bought a Jeep Wrangler Willy. Love it!!! Brad said don't mention how long it took for paperwork but in all honesty in comparison to large dealerships, it didn't take long at all and we had a great conversation. Give these guys a chance and you won't regret it. My wife and I drove over an hour and a half and will do it again to get a great deal from an honest dealership.

Jeff and his partner Brad at Covington Cars in VA were so professional and kind and did everything they could to help me accomplish purchasing this vehicle. They took care of the car like it was theirs and it showed when I went to view and test drive. They also offer a delivery service when you buy from them that is at an amazing price.
